Son of Delores (Jordan) and Samuel Cellan. When Harold was five the family moved to Oklahoma where he attended school.
He served in the United States Army from 1951-1953.

Married Doris Reed Ashlock. They lived most of their married life in Alva where they raised their five children.

His greatest love was his wife of fifty-five years, his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Harold had a great passion for embroidery and loved playing a good joke on friends and family. He was always the life of the party and a great sports fan.
Mr. Cellan was preceded in death by his parents, two sons; a brother.

Survived by his Doris; two sons, one daughter; a daughter-in-law; seventeen grandchildren; thirty-six great grandchildren; one brother Glenn Cellan; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
