Pfc. Harry Novak, of Hdqtrs. Co., 773rd Tank Destroyer Bn., died in the service of his country in Germany, 3/12/1945, He was awarded a Bronze Star for meritorious service in support of operations against enemy in France, Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany, 8/14/1944 to 1/31/1945, son of Catherine and the late Stanley, brother of Mary, Steve, Frank, Bernard and the late Stella. Funeral Sat. 8/28, 10:30 a.m., from chapel 4358 S. Richmond st. to St. Pancratius church. Interment St. Adalbert.
