Hazel Walker, 70, of Soddy Daisy, passed away on Friday, December 17, 2010 in a local hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Louise Smith and a brother, Leon Smith.
Survivors include her husband, Elmer Walker; daughter, Tracy (Mike) Myers; sisters, Brenda (Riley) Sims, Linda Sneed and Trish Fletcher all of Soddy Daisy; brothers, Robert (Patty) Smith of Millersburg, Ohio, Don Smith of Bakewell and Gene Smith of Soddy Daisy; 2 grandsons, Michael and Steven Myers along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Services will be held on Monday, December 20, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Melvin Walker officiating. Burial will follow at East Soddy Community Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
