Carmino, known as Tassy, was born in Buffalo NY to Gabriel Tascione and Maria Teresa Antropoly Tascione.

Tassy was married to Carmen Cresko, who was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. They were married in Puerto Rico.

Tassy had 5 children David, Bobby, Jimmy, Sally, and Rita.
Tassy lived most of his life in southern California. He was a WW2 veteran in the US Army a PFC. He owned a small plane a Fair Child PT - 19, that is on display at a museum in Ohio.

Carmino/Tassy, was an affable and good-natured man, who was usually cracking jokes in his own way. Tassy always had a big smile on his face and it was always a pleasure to visit him. Every time we would go to his home he would offer us Russian tea cookies out of a box. Tassy drove a big pick up truck with a camper, because he liked to hunt and go camping.

He liked eating at Don Ricardo's Mexican Restaurant in Sun Valley CA, especially for breakfast. Tassy had a favourite Grandson Joseph Rivera Jr. who lives in Lancaster California.
