Obituary Richard A. Hughes., 34 of Sea Isle City, and Rehoboth Beach., DE, died Wednesday when struck by a car while riding his bicycle in Rehoboth Beach where he currently resided.
He was born in Santa Cruz, CA. before moving to Sea Isle City NJ in 1964. He attended Sea Isle City Methodist Church, St Peters United Methodist Church of Ocean City and Ocean City High School.
Mr. Hughes was predeceased by his father Jacob A Hughes. Surviving is his mother, one brother, two sisters and two nephews.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday morning 11:00 am in Seaville
