Claude John "CJ" Martin, died Sunday November 6, 2005, as a tragic result of the massive tornado that ripped through our homes and our hearts.

CJ was born July 20th, 2003. He loved his blankie, his puwee, trucks, motorcycles, swings, cuddle-bugging mommy, playing with his brother and sisters, watching sports with his daddy, his grammas, getting candy from his Nanny and Poppy's candy dish, school, and pets.

CJ is now in Heaven with his Gramma Julie Dean and Mammy Jean Martin who were taken with him and will now embrace him for eternity.

He is survived by his mother and father, Kathryn and John Martin, Evansville, Ind.; brother and sisters, Simon, Sydnie, and Cyvannah Childress, Evansville, Ind.; grandparents, Lloyd and Martha Childress, Evansville, Ind., Stephen Dean, Evansville, Ind., and John and Patty Venis, Milan, Ind.; great-grandparents, Peggy Martindale, Nev., George McNamara, Maine, Mary Childress, Missouri; uncles, Nihil Venis, Indiana, William Jensen, Arizona, Charles Robinson, Indiana, Tyree Brister, Michigan, and Kenny Martindale, California; Aunts, Lorene Venis, Indiana, Trudy Robinson, Indiana, Claudia Brister, Michigan, Deanna Richter, Indiana, Stephanie Alonzo, California, Brenda Childress, Missouri, Pat Hannah, Missouri, Janelle Cattrel, Indiana; McNamara Family, Alvey, Ind.; Minnette Family; and many, many cousins and friends whom he loved to play with.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 12, 2005, at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave. Entombment will be at Sunset Memorial Park Mausoleum.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, November 11, 2005, at Browning Funeral Home.
