Darlene Ann Loock

Darlene Ann Loock, 65 of Acampo, passed away January 1, 2005 at her home surrounded by loved ones.
Darlene was born July 10, 1939 in Fargo, North Dakota. She married James Harlan Loock in 1956 in Fargo, North Dakota, they then moved to Los Angeles, California where they started business in their first muffler shops in 1968. Darlene and her family then moved to Utah in 1971 where they lived until moving to Acampo, CA in 1985. Darlene was the owner of the Muffler Man in Lodi, Stockton and Sacramento.
She was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church of Lodi, she was past president of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Lodi and Pleasant Grove, Utah #3372, and she was the former treasurer of N.A.M.I. San Joaquin County. She loved gardening, dancing, traveling, bowling and she was an avid Elvis fan. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Quintal of Fortuna and Sandra Loock-Duro of Galt; her sons, James A. Loock and John Loock, both of Lodi; her brothers, James Reynolds of Fargo, ND and Bernard Reynolds of Moorhead, MN; her twin sister, Delores Moss of Orem, Utah; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Harlan Loock and her parents.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 2:00 p..m. January 14 at St. Mary's Catheral in Fargo, North Dakota. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Sabin, MN.
