Thomas E. Pfeifer, 64, of Ormond Beach, Fla., formerly of Latrobe, died Sunday, Aug. 29, 2010, in Loyalhanna Care Center, Latrobe. He was born Dec. 20, 1945, in Greensburg, the son of the late Harry J. Jr. and Rita D. (Miconi) Pfeifer. Thomas was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church, Latrobe. He had been retired from Rochester and Pittsburgh Coal (Consol Energy). He was a member of the FOE 01188, Latrobe, and the Moose of Ormond Beach, Fla. He had also been a teacher for the Apollo-Ridge School District. He enjoyed spending time with his son and grandsons on the gaming cruises and playing poker with his friends. Interment...in Unity Cemetery.
