Mrs. Mary F. Blacka, aged 77 years, died at the home of her nephew, William J. McGregor, of near Shady Grove, Friday morning, February 27, 1925, at 2:30 o'clock from infirmities of age following a short illness. Deceased was the widow of the late William D. Blacka, a veteran of the Civil War who died on October 30, 1918. She is survived by the following brothers and sisters: James I. and William H. Lowry, both of Cove Run, Mrs. Jonah Hughes, of Tucker Run, Dunbar township.

Funeral services will be held from the McGregor home Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock followed by additional services from the Percy M. E. church at 3:30 with the Rev. O. O. King, officiating. Internment will be in the Percy cemetery.
