ADAMS, Jo Ella Born July 24, 1934 in Ogden, Arkansas. Peacefully went home August 27, 2004 at Mercy General Hospital after a lengthy illness. A longtime resident of Sacramento. She is survived by a devoted family including her brother John Arthur Stard; son Jon Adams of Sacramento; daughter Janet Noble (Thomas) of Sacramento; son Virgil Adams (Adrienne) of Camarillo, and son Ken Adams (Traci) of Elk Grove; 13 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, cousin Cora Mae Spooner, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and many long term friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Virgil Adams; mother Jodie Moore, sister Cazie Criswell and brother Ernest Stard. Visitation Thursday, September 2nd 3-6PM, and funeral service on Friday, September 3, 2004 11:00 AM. Thompson Rose Chapel 3601 5th Ave. Sacramento, CA.
