Pleasant City, May 7 – Mrs. Mary E. Anderson, 83, died Tuesday morning at 2 'o'clock at the home of her son, Homer, of Pleasant City R.D. 1, death resulting from heart trouble. She appeared to be enjoying her usual health Monday, suddenly becoming ill at 6 o'clock Monday evening.
Mrs. Anderson was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church and was active in church work. She is survived by five sons, Homer, with whom she made her home; Thomas, and Alfred, Pleasant City R.D.1; John of Lima, and J.S. Anderson, Buffalo, and two daughters, Mrs. Lillia Watkins and Mrs. Vina Richeson, Lima.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at the Bethel Church. Burial will be made in the church cemetery.
