CENTRAL -- Wade Thomas Oxendine, 56, of 606 Brock St., and husband of Mary Beth Kirk Oxendine, died Tuesday, September 11, 2007, at his residence.

A native of Dalzell, a son of Wade Hampton Oxendine and the late Dorothy Marie Benenhaley Oxendine of Dalzell, he was a teacher at Easley High School for 33 years.

"Mr. O" was a beloved and treasured member of the Greenwave faculty who touched the lives of many students. He was a graduate of Clemson University where he received his bachelor's and master's degrees.
