- Mark L. (Punky) Osburn, age 45, of Lowell, passed away January 4, 2004. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mark and Freda and brother, Clare (Nubby). He is survived by his wife, Susan; daughter, Erin Lynn; brothers, James Wert, David (Marilyn K) Wert; sisters, Francis M. Osburn, Roseanna M. Raney all of Lowell; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2004 at the Roth-Gerst Funeral Home, 305 N. Hudson, with Dr. Michael Conklin of the First United Methodist Church of Lowell officiating.
