Alice "Ronnie" Shipman, 82, of Antwerp, passed away Friday, September 27, 2013 at her daughter's home.
Ronnie was born in Mark Center on November 29, 1930, a daughter of the late Hazel (Smith) and Leonard Kallsen. She attended the Antwerp Community Church and enjoyed sewing, cooking and spending time with her family.
Ronnie will be joyously remembered by her children, Stephanie (Dave) McCullough of Antwerp, Keath (Marcia) of Fort Wayne and Robb of Payne; siblings, Carl Kallsen of Fort Wayne, Lee Kallsen of Antwerp, Florence Foust, Carole Stevenson, Jack Kallsen and Eva Srubar of Cumberland, WI, and Len Kallsen of Little Falls Minnesota; grandchildren, Eric, Jessi, Talitha Bethanie, Carl and Alex; and great-grandchildren, Zeb and Jaidis.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Jean Friend.
Viewing is Monday, 5-8 p.m., at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp. Ronnie's funeral service is Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2013, at 11 a.m., with viewing one hour prior at Antwerp Community Church, 704 S. Erie Street, Antwerp.
