===============∼Daniel Segmiller, who a number of years ago was superintendent of the Arizona Cattle company, was killed on July 18 near Kanab, Utah, by a neighbor named Roundy. Segmiller was shot three times in the back and died immediately. After the shooting Roundy went to his barn a few hundred yards away and shot himself through the head, dying instantly. The trouble arose over the right to water in a reservoir on Segmiller's land and on which Roundy had the prior right. - Coconino Sun.
