Death is no respecter of person, but not always does it come so suddenly and unexpectedly as it came to the home of Albert Amunrud last Thurs. evening when Mrs. Amunrud died after a few hours sickness. She had given birth to a child a few hours previous of her death. Mother and child seemed well when suddenly the mother began to feel a chill and requested more clothing, her wish was at once complied with but to no avail for death's cold hand had already fastened its grip upon her and in few hours she passed away.
Mrs. Amunrud was a good woman, respected by all who knew her. She will be a great loss to the child and husband who both have the sympathy of the community. Besides a dear husband to mourn her loss, she leaves a sister, Mrs. Nels Sagdalen, who at present is taking care of the child. Funeral services took place Saturday in the afternoon when the remains were laid to rest in the West End Cemetery.

Maiden surname may have also been spelled Kulseth.
