Pearl Strong

Services for Pearl P Strong, 100, is planned for 1 p.m. today at Hazen & Jaeger Valley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Strong died Monday.
Born in Topeka, Kan., she moved to the Spokane area in 1906.She was postmistress for the East Farms Post Office until 1957.
She was a charter member of Peace Lutheran Church.
Her husband, Loyd Strong, died in 1951.
Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Shinn of the Spokane Valley; a son Robert Strong, of Whidby Island, Wash.; five grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 17 great-great-grandchildren, and three great-great-great-grandchildren.
