Virgil Aistrop
Appalachia, Va. – Virgil Royce Aistrop, 43, died Thursday (July 25, 1991) in the Lonesome Pine Hospital after an extended illness.
He was a life member of the Appalachia Rescue Squad and attended the Church of God in Jesus Name, Appalachia, Va.
Surviving are his wife, Flora Aistrop, Appalachia, Va.; one son, Greg Aistrop, Appalachia, Va.; a daughter, Kimberly Aistrop, Appalachia, Va.; one brother, Johnny Aistrop, Appalachia, Va.; one sister, Wanda Surrett, Appalachia, Va.; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the home of the sister Wanda Surrett, 215 Bell Ave., Appalachia, Va., after 2 p.m. Friday. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Roy A. Green Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will be in the American Legion Cemetery.
