Clarence Eugene Watkins, 78 year old resident of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died November 7, 2006, at Regency Hospital, Springdale, Arkansas.
Born April 18, 1928 in Chewey, Oklahoma, he was the son of Jesse James Watkins and Amanda Phelps Watkins.
He married Ruby Todd on April 24, 1951.
He was preceded in death by his wife in 1995; and one grandson, Frankie Thomas; three brothers, Junior Watkins, Melvin (Boggs) Watkins and Jesse Watkins.
Survivors include one son, James Earl Watkins, Sr. and wife Pamela, two daughters, Thelma Welch and husband Dave, and Lynn Alexander and husband Dave; six grandchldren; two brothers, Perry "Bee" Watkins and Delmar "Tub" Watkins.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 10, 2006 at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, Arkansas with Pastor Kirk Hartness officiating.
Burial will follow at Bell Cemetery, Adair County OK.
Arrangements are under the direction of Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
