Anna Jones, age 88 passed away peacefully at home following a short illness. Funeral Services will be held at Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc [MI]11 AM Monday, January 31, 2005. Burial will follow at Crestwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 11-2 PM and 5-8 PM. and on Monday from 10 AM until the time of service. Anna was born April 24, 1916 to John and Anna Takacs in Flint [MI]. She was a graduate of Flint Northern High School. Anna worked 34 years at A.C. Spark Plug before retiring. On August 11, 1944 she married Herman Jones. Mr. Jones preceded her in death (July 10, 2004) just before their 60th wedding anniversary. She is survived by brother George (Judy) Takacs; sister in-laws, Nona (Al) Hopper and family, Barbara Sayre and Family; Nephews Gary Takacs, and Ronald (Paula) Takacs and family, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. . . Preceded in death by her loving husband, Herman.
