Lillian ANTHONY

Lillian B. ANTHONY, 85, former resident of Fairfield, died at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Keokuk County Hospital in Sigourney.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Behner Funeral Home. The Rev. Ed Parker will officiate and burial will be in Evergreeen Cemetery.

Visitation will be 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Behner Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Iowa Lions Sight Foundation.

Lillian B. ANTHONY was born July 18, 1898, in Waco, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Dr. Taylor and Sivae DEATHERAGE BARLY. Her marriage to Fred C. ANTHONY took place Aug. 3, 1925, in Keokuk. He died Dec. 4, 1953.

Mrs. ANTHONY had lived most of her life in the Fairfield Community and was a member of the Suburban Heights Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Madelyn Rose, Chicago, Ill.; a grandson, Ron WILSON, Fairfield; and a great-grandson.

Mrs. ANTHONY was preceded in death by her husband, two sons and a sister.
