Christine Overcast SOUTH FULTON, Tennessee. Services for Christine Yates Overcast, 82, of South Fulton will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton, Ky. The Revs. Scott Wilson and Howard Kitter will officiate. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery in Pilot Oak, Ky. Mrs. Overcast died Tuesday at Union City Manor Nursing Home.
A native of Graves County, Ky., Mrs. Overcast was a retired kitchen aide for the former Fulton Hospital. She also formerly worked at Merit Clothing Co. and Henry I. Siegel Clothing Co.
Surviving are two daughters, Norma Jean Mulcahy of Fulton and Brenda Kay Smith of South Fulton; three stepdaughters, Mary Lee Shipp of Campbellsville, Ky., Carol Peoples and Dorothy Ann Hibbs, both of South Fulton; one stepson, Billy Campbell of Louisville, Ky.; one sister, Carnell Gordon of Fulton; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Overcast was preceded in death by three husbands; one daughter; three brothers; and one sister. Her parents were Willie J. and Lula Bennett Yates.
