Elsie Mae Clark-Braswell "Dollbaby" departed this life on June 12, 2012 at the St. Cloud Hospital in New Jersey. She was born on October 27, 1933 to the late Hop J. and Mattie Clark. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Ethel Franklin. Elsie Mae is survived by four children, Brenda Braswell of Minnesota, Charles Braswell (Valerie) of New Jersey, Bruce Braswell of New Jersey and Ricky Parks of Germany; three brothers, William "Esau" Clark, James Clark (Gladys) both of Rustburg and Howard Clark of Washington, DC; one sister, Hattie Vivian McKnight of Arlington, VA and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A graveside service will be conducted 11am, Friday, June 22, 2012 at the Clark Family Cemetery, Campbell Co. with Rev. William Coleman, officiating. The family is receiving friends from 7-8pm, Thursday, June 21, 2012 at Community Funeral Home and other times at the residence of her brother Esau Clark, 10566 Wards Rd., Rustburg.
