Mary Elizabeth Foster was the daughter of Edgar Elonzo Foster and Mary A. Cate. She married Otto Barnes, son of James Sampson Barnes and Mary Addline Raines, about 1948.
They had three sons: Lonnie Clayton, James Franklin and Larry Gene. Otto passed away in 1974, leaving Mary a widow for the last 39 years of her life.
