Burial will be at Floral Haven Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Eastlawn Chapel of Tulsa.
Mrs. Kinzer was born on Aug. 29, 1929, in Sallisaw to Floyd and Rudie Ogdon. She died on Saturday, June 22, 2013.
She was a schoolteacher for 31 years in Catoosa. She was a member of South Lakewood Baptist Church, the Eastern Star and OEA.
Survivors include one son, Kenny and wife, Lori Kinzer of Claremore; two grandchildren; and several other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Kinzer; and one brother, G.W. Ogdon.
Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at Moore's Eastlawn Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to South Lakewood Baptist Church or St. John Hospice.
