Lorene Fulcher Cunningham Bishop of Patrick Springs died Friday, April 11, 2008, at Memorial Hospital in Martinsville.

She was born in Patrick County to Charlie Webster Fulcher and Clara Audna Fain Fulcher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Clifford Joseph Cunningham; her second husband, Fred Allen Bishop Sr.; a brother, Curtis Fulcher; and two sisters, Catherine Hayden and Irene Raper.

She was a member of Providence United Methodist Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Teresa Biggs of Spencer and Margaret Cunningham of Christiansburg; two grandchildren; two sisters, Ethylene Daniel of Danville and Colleen Shough of Patrick Springs; and two brothers, Kyle Fulcher and Clarence Fulcher, both of Fieldale.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Providence United Methodist Church with Pastor David Westmoreland officiating. Burial will be private.

The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church.
