Bob C. Adams, age 78, was called home to be with his Lord while recovering at
Johnson City Medical Center. A lifelong resident of Washington County, he was
the son of the late J. D. Adams and Etta Caudieu Adams.

Bob was a veteran of World War II. Bob was owner and operator of Adams Plumbing
and Heating until his retirement.

Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, J. D. Adams and two
sisters, Mildred and Louise. Survivors include his wife, Helen Adams of Johnson
City; their son, Craig Adams, owner of G. I. Joe Tennessee Outdoors of Johnson
City; their daughter Gayle Gregg and husband Mike; granddaughter Kelly Helms and
Husband Chris; great-grandchildren Garron, Colton and Rayna Helms all of Fort
mill, South Carolina; a brother Joe Adams of New Jersey; a sister Yvonne Keen
and husband Bill of Batesburg, South Carolina and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Bob Adams will be conducted Wednesday, Mar 30 at 2PM in
Morris-Baker South Chapel. Rev. Bob Edmonds will officiate. Graveside services
and burial will follow at Monte Vista Memorial Park. Family and friends will
serve as pallbearers. Military honors will be performed by VFW Post 3382. The
family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 noon until 2:00 PM,
