Funeral services for Mrs. Rachel M. Bowman, 54 years old, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Flanner & Buchanan Fall Creek Mortuary. Burial will be in the Knights of Pythias Cemetery at Lizton.
Mrs. Bowman died Wednesday (Sept. 10, 1958) in her home at New Augusta.
A native of Pittsboro, she was a lens gauger at the Continental Optical Company the last 23 years. She was a member of the Devington Baptist Church.
Survivors include the husband, Stephen A. Bowman, of New Augusta; two sons, John O. Bowman of Carmel and Richard E. Bowman of Indianapolis; three sisters, Mrs. Amy Geddes and Miss Elizabeth Weddle, both of Indianapolis, and Mrs. Leo H. Cook of Los Angeles, California, and six grandchildren.
