She was a 1925 graduate of Bellevue High School, and 1919 graduate of Olivet College. She also did graduate work at Cleary College in Ypsilanti, and MSU in E. Lansing, and the University of Chicago. Lucile taught reading and business classes, and was one of the organizers of the Calhoun County Reading Council. Parents: Charles L. & Katherine (Dell) Wildt. In addition to teaching, Lucile and her husband operated a farm implement business near Marengo for many years.
