Richard C. Riney, formerly of Kahoka, died Nov. 26 at a Denver, Colo., hospital. He was the son of David and Elnora (Dollie) Moore Riney of Clark County, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded by a sister, Mrs. Elza (Letha) Ellison of St. Patrick. Survivors include his wife, the former Maxine Bick, and two sons, Jimilee of Burlington, Iowa, and Kerry of Lemoore, Calif., and six grandchildren. Interment was at Ft. Logan National Cemetery on Thursday, Nov. 29, with the retired Army Chaplain, Col. Wallace R. White, officiating. The flag of honor was presented to Mrs. Riney. She also received a gold plaque for his 18 years of service to the Ford Company.
