This is most likely Johann Georg Lohr, son of Georg and Margaret Lohr born Sep 15, 1755 "along the Codorus" and baptized at a small meeting at home by George Neisser. Sponsors were John & Catharina Heckedorn. This is recorded in the records of the First Moravian Church at York, PA. This George Lohr (Louer) is also the Captain in the 6th company of the 1st Battalion of Lancaster County, PA., not the George Lohr Findagrave account 63037439. These two individuals have been mixed up, the Somerset County George having been mistakenly given the Rev War headstone when it is documented he was in Bedford / Somerset County, PA as early as 1774.
