Fred Earl Addington, Jr., 54, a farmer and an employee of Stilwell Foods, died Saturday in Sparks Regional Medical Center in Ft. Smith, AR following a long illness.
Addington was born Oct. 4, 1924, in Basalt, CO, was a World War II veteran.
Survivors include; his wife Mrs. Lois Addington, of the home, Stilwell, two sons, Gary Wayne Addington, and Richard Bruce Addington, both of Tahlequah; two daughters, Mary Regina Helm, Tulsa, and Carolyn Elizabeth Addington, Stilwell, his mother, Mrs. Berniece Addington, Stilwell; one brother, Jimmie Addington, Alaska; and two sisters, Jeanine Addington, Tulsa, and Sarah Hill, Stilwell.
Services were held Monday in the Roberts Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jack Stanley officiating. Interment was in the Oak Grove cemetery.
