Daniel Lee Hoke, of Laurel, passed away suddenly at his home June 27, 2012.
Dan was born July 29, 1972, and was raised by his parents, Jerry Hoke and Doris Weisgarber. Dan grew up in Laurel and graduated from Laurel High School in 1991. He then graduated from the Vo-Tech Center, specializing in mechanics, in 1994.
On June 3, 1995, Dan married the love of his life, JoDee Lynn Klein, at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Billings. On Sept. 28, 1998, Dan was blessed with his son, Carson James, followed by his daughter, Kylee Lynn, Nov. 18, 2000.
Dan is survived by his wife, JoDee; his children, Carson and Kylee; and his favorite pet, his dog, Miley. He also leaves behind his parents, Jerry Hoke and Doris Weisgarber; a sister, Deanna Hanson; in-laws, Lynn and Debbie Klein; a brother-in-law, Chad Klein, and wife, Angela; his favorite nephews, Sam and Ben; nieces, Christy and Hannah; and great niece, Jaida; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceding him death were his grandparents:
Mary Louise Hoke and Arnold Hoke
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 3, at Smith Funeral Chapel-Laurel.
