After an illness of six months, Mrs. Emily Burrows Jenkins died at her home early yesterday morning from septicemia. Funeral services will be held this evening at her late residence. Interment will be made in the family plot at Cypress Hills Cemetery on Wednesday morning.
Mrs. Jenkins was born in Brooklyn twenty-seven years ago. She was a daughter of Chester Davis Burrows and Emily P. Phillips, She was educated at Packer and Adeiphi Academy, was devoted to music, vocal and instrumental; and also spent much time and money for charity.
Two years ago last June she was married to Wilson W, Jenkins, son of John G. Jenkins, president of the Fleet National Bank of Brooklyn. She is survived by her husband and one daughter, Margaret.
