Georgia was born to parents Wesley Paul and Mary Ethel Goodmon on March 25, 1930. Maternal grandparents were Will and Effie Logan of Okmulgee County, Oklahoma. She married James Richard Burt Jr. on May 25, 1946. She was preceeded in death by an infant son, 'Little Jim' Burt. She was survived by her husband, one daughter, Patricia Ann Sprouse, a granddaughter, Ashley Nicole Winchester and grandson, James Denver Winchester. Also,two sisters, Mollie and Barbara and several nieces and nephews.
