Mrs. Jessica "Jesse" M. Chorba Moore, 402 Main St., Peckville, died unexpectedly Wednesday afternoon shortly after she was admitted to Moses Taylor Hospital. She was the wife of George Dennis Moore.
Born and educated in Peckville, she was a daughter of Mrs. Vera Kovak Chorba, Olyphant, and the late John P. Chorba Sr. She was employed as an order packer for Supermarket Services, Dunmore. She was a member of Holy Ghost Church, Olyphant.
Also surviving are a son, George, and a daughter, Beth Ann, both at home; a brother, James, Dallas, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Joan Pacewicz, Scranton, and Mrs. Jane Gruzesky, Dickson City; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, John Chorba Jr.; and two sisters, Judith and Joyce Chorba.

She was a wonderful friend who was so troubled by depression that she ended her own life. The years have passed and I miss her still.
