Surviving: wife, Leona Phillips Arnold; son, Ricky L. of Millersburg RD; two sisters, Charlotte Yerger of Scranton and Gladys Szives of Millersburg RD; four half-brothers, Harold Arnold and John Arnold, both of Mount Pleasant Mills, Luther Arnold of Seven Stars and Cloyd Arnold of Millersburg; four half-sisters, Katie Goodling of Mount Pleasant Mills, Pearl Miller of Baltimore, Grace Pennebaker of Penns Creek and Bertha Silks of Millersburg; and two granddaughters.
