Mrs. Elsie Coots Black, 60, passed away Friday morning at the Woodford Memorial Hospital, after a long illness. She was a resident of 343 Hillcrest Drive, Versailles, and a retired employee of Texas Instruments Company. A native of Hamilton County, Ohio, she was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Mary Roberson Coots, Cincinnati; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Gebhart, Riverside, Calif., Mrs. Mildred Gilbert, Cincinnati; one step-son, David Black, Penn; a step-daughter, Mrs. Nancy Kuchle, Penn.
