JOHN T ALEC


Mr John T Alec of Main Road, Cutchogue died at the Eastern Long Island Hospital on June 17th. He was 79 years old and had been a resident of the community for 50 years. Mr Alec was a retired farmer.


He is survived by three sons, George Alec of Cutchogue, Henry Alec of Riverhead and Joseph Alec of Detroit, MI; four daughters, Anna Notorangeleo of Hightstown, NJ, Estelle Evans of Boston, MA, Sophie Gagen of Dover, DE, Bertha Fiedler of Greenport; one sister, Pauline Bagenski of Cutchogue; 19 grandchildren and one great grandchild.


A Requiem Mass will be offered at Our Lady of Ostrabrama Church, Cutchogue on Friday, June 21st at 9:30AM with Rev. A Cizmowski as celebrant. Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Cutchogue. A Recitation of the Rosary was held at Rogers Funeral Home on Wednesday evening at 8PM.
