Norma and her twin sister Ima Jeanne were born in a small house in Wilmington, CA on July 31, 1925.
She lived with her parents, William and Pearl Crawford and her three sisters, Lorraine, Jewel and Ima until 1946 when she married her high school sweetheart, George Webster. Norma and George were lifelong residents of the harbor area. They had three children, Robert (Kim) Webster, Janet (Martin) Mendez, Lynne (Paul) Flores and six grandchildren, Jessica, Mark, Drew, Steve, Nicole and Collin. Norma lived a happy and joyous life. She made many friends, especially at St. Margaret Mary Church and her many bowling leagues.
Norma was a loving and caring mother, wife and grandmother. She always said that she was happiest when she was with her family. We feel so blessed, that at the end of her earthly journey, we were all there to be with her, as she passed into the hands of God.
