Elizabeth Betty McGinnis, 87, of West Main St., formerly of Gully Rd.,
LeRoy, died Thursday, Oct. 2, 2003. Mrs. McGinnis was born in Springfield,
MA on Feb. 2, 1916, a daughter of the late Walter (Rabbit) and Elizabeth
Shea Maranville. Mrs. McGinnis was a Homemaker and a member of St. Peter's
Church in LeRoy. She was the wife of August P. McGinnis who died in May of
1989.Mrs. McGinnis is survived by 1 son, Mr. Thomas W. McGinnis of LeRoy, 1
daughter, Mrs. Helene (Robert) Friend of Derby, NY; 4 grandchildren; and 1
great-grandchild.Friends may call at Lovria's Memorial Chapel, 36 West Main
St., LeRoy, on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be
held in St. Peter's Church on Monday morning at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in
St. Columba Cemetery in Caledonia, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be
made to Holy Family School, 44 Lake St., LeRoy, NY 14482.
