Arthur was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Ruby Gold Crespín, three brothers, Edward Crespín, Ignacio Crespín and Richard Crespín and two sisters, Rosie Lovato and Tessie García.
Arthur is survived by his wife of 57 years, Priscilla of the family home, three sons, Manuel Crespín and his wife, Theresa, Paul Crespín and his wife, Yolanda and Carlos Crespín and his wife, Elizabeth all of Las Vegas, NM, two daughters, Cindy Trujillo and Louie and Arabella Sánchez and her husband, Frank all of Rio Rancho, NM, a sister, Mary Louise Samaniego of Hartley, Iowa and by 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Arthur was the owner and operator of Crespín's Paving and Concrete Company since 1989. Arthur enjoyed playing cards and cooking and he restored old cars and trucks.
Arthur was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 8, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at St. Francis Chapel at Gonzáles Funerals & Cremations, 2315 Hot Springs Blvd. Services will be held from Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church on Saturday, March 9, 2013 beginning with a rosary at 9:00 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Father Douglas Mitchell will celebrate the Mass. The interment will follow in the San José Cemetery with the following relatives serving as casket bearers, David Crespín, Jeffrey Trujillo, Carlos Crespín Jr., Mario Sánchez, Manuel Crespín, Louie Trujillo, Arturo Crespín and Ronnie Crespín. Mathew Trujillo will be an honorary bearer.
