Theresa Cecile (Pelletier) Desell
LAWRENCE..Theresa Cecile (Pelletier) Desell, 74, died Tuesday at Caritas Holy Family Hospital in Methuen.
She was a waitress at various local restaurants for many years and worked in Elmonte, California, for 11 years.
Born and educated in Nashua, N.H., Mrs. Desell moved to the Lawrence area in 1945.
She leaves former husband Louis F. Desell; sons Daniel and his wife Kandi of Dexter, Maine, and Louis G. and his wife Paula of Lawrence; daughters Denise and her husband Allen Farris of Lawrence and Diana and her husband Eugene Casey of Methuen; brother Normand Pelletier of Washington; sisters Leonide Guenette of Florida and Marcella Sassone of Glens Falls, N.Y.; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late David Desell.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
ARRANGEMENTS: Calling hours are tomorrow from 4 to 7 p.m. with services at 7 p.m. at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen. Cremation was at Linwood Crematory, Haverhill.
