Dave Adams of St. Joseph's Sanatarium, who died last Monday, leaves an estate valued at $20,000, according to a petition for probate of the will, which was filed yesterday at the county clerk's office by Thomas W. Hickey. The petitioner is named in the will as one of the executors. The other executor is Albert Adams, a brother of the decendent who resides in Santa Cruz.
The estate consists of personal property only, notes and mortgages valued at $10,000, and $10,000 in cash. The will provides that after all bills have been paid the remaining money, notes and other personal property shall go to the two executors to be held in trust and pay $75 a month to his aged mother at Santa Cruz.
After the death of his mother, the residue of the estate is to be divided among three brothers and a sister as follows: Albert Adams of Santa Cruz, forty percent; Green Adams of Silver City, Idaho, ten percent; George Adams of Oregon, forty percent; Mrs. Armanda Annavassi of Watsonville, California, ten percent.
