After a few days illness of influenza, Mrs. Zilla May Addington, wife of W.D. Addington of Clear Lake, died at the family home Tuesday, December 24.
Funeral services were held in the Baptist church at Wylie Wednesday at 12 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. J. Ben Snider of this city. Burial followed in the Wylie cemetery.
Deceased was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Marriott of Clear Lake. She was born December 6, 1893. She professed faith in Christ and united with the Baptist church when only 14 years of age. She is survived by her husband and three children: Pearl, aged 7 years, Raymond, aged 5 years and Ernest aged 2 years.
