Marjorie B. Farley, 92, died April 14, 2007 at the Traceway Green Houses Retirement Center. She was born Oct. 15, 1914, in Lee County to Sylvester Mallette and Elizabeth Jones Mallette. She was a homemaker and a Methodist.
Services were April 16 at the Saltillo Chapel of W.E. Pegues Funeral Directors with burial in the Springhill Cemetery.
Survivors include one daughter, Patricia Moore and Jimmy; one son, Ray Anderson and Nedra; one sister, Velma Rogers; two grandchildren and one great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Adelle Files and Mary Wages; and three brothers, William Mallette, Clyde Mallette and Neal Mallette.
