Her services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 25, at Western Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael O. Patterson officiating. Burial at Osage Cemetery.
Mrs. Ferguson was born June 15, 1920, in Brandon, to the late James Cullen and Martha Ann Thompson Finch.
She had lived most of her life in Houston where she worded and retired from Tennessee Gas Co. After retirement, she moved to the Waco area.
She married Charles Alvis Jayroe who preceded her in death April 2, 1987, and later married Telford Ferguson who also preceded her in death on November 14, 1995.
She was a member of Western Heights Baptist Church.
Survivors included three sisters and numerous nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
