She was born on May 22, 1923, in Peoria County, Ill. She was the daughter of Beatty and Mary (Bontz) Turbett. She married Donald J. Parr on Dec. 9, 1944, in Boise, Idaho.
He survives, along with two children, Marvin (Paula) Parr of Pekin, Ill. and Crista (Dennis) Dillard of Hanna City, Ill.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Harold Kenneth Turbett.
Eula Mae worked several years at Caterpillar Inc.
She was a longtime member of the Presbyterian Church, and played the organ and piano for more than 30 years in those churches. She was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church of Peoria and a member of the FTF Sunday School Class at the church.
Burial will be in Smithville Cemetery.
