Emmett S. Mishler passed away in the early morning hours of February 4, 2013 with his daughter Cheryl Rondestvedt and son-in-law Odin by his side at Coventry House in Othello. Emmett was born on October 15, 1924 to Mack and Winnie Mishler in Winfield, Kansas. Emmett served proudly in the US Army in World War II as a platoon sergeant in Italy.

He was a 32nd degree Mason. The one thing he enjoyed was music and was a member of the Old Time Fiddlers where he played the mandolin. Emmett retired after 38 years with Boeing in 1989 as a machinist in the wind tunnel in Seattle. Both loved to go RVing and that is what they did until 2004 when they built a home in Texas. They moved to Moses Lake in 2007 to be nearer to their daughter and grandchildren. He is now with his wife Mildred of 64 ? years who died March 23, 2012 and his daughter Linda who died in 1998.

Emmett is survived by his daughter Cheryl (Odin), Moses Lake, granddaughter Trina, Renton, grandson Sean (Karah) and great-grandson Ethan, Kent, sister Joy of Las Vegas and brother Willis of Sedalia, MO., plus numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the entire staff at Coventry House in Othello for their professionalism and personnel care they gave to Emmett during his stay.
