BURGOON Ethel Marie Carnicom, 90, of Ohio 635, Burgoon, died Saturday at Quality Care Nursing Home, Fremont.
She was born on Sept. 27, 1901, near Kansas, Ohio, to Burton and Matrona (Cessna) Michaels. On Dec. 6, 1936, she married Edward Carnicom in Bowling Green. He died on Nov. 30, 1967.
Surviving is a sister, Nea B. Murphy, Kansas, Ohio, and nieces and nephews.
Her husband; a stepson, Roy Carnicom; and brothers, Earl and Lovel Michaels are deceased.
She was a member of Burgoon United Methodist Church and was a farm wife.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Nopper-Veh Funeral Home, 319 W. Madison St., Gibsonburg.
Burial will be in Four Mile House Cemetery, near Fremont.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
